What's your favorite and least favorite writing projects, and why?

Ooh, my favorite... That's tough. I think it's my Digimon rewritr: Light of the Sun, where I started off with just a, what if roles changed and somehow I'm now at zombies and violence and the canon plot is somewhere on Mars. And honestly I didn't expect anything to come of it, which is why the sequel is just taking so long to finish. I'm trying to avoid those canon things to a point.

My least favorite is a tie. Years ago I fell in love with Silver from Pokemon Special (and I still like him) and Yellow and I had the game Shadows of Almia. This combined to me combining these likes and this as well as another fic came out of it. Both of these fics were awful and I deleted them after one got a super critical review. And I'm grateful to them now, because at the time I broke some rules without really being aware of it. And I learned. But they were my least favorite projects because they were great for young me and I finished them, but I hadn't learned anything from them until I got slammed. And they weren't that strong. XD I wonder if I still have those.

Ooff... French fries. If those exist I will think about them for hours.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? Why?

Oxford, England! I hate, hate, hate the idea of owning a car. When I visited Oxford last year,I loved walking around there. It was just noisy enough and had enough people to inspire me. And the architecture was beautiful and I barely scratched the surface. Also the ability to take a train to and from the bigger cities like London, which I also love and felt at home in, was a giant boon. But as a writer, I have to say Oxford.

I hear that. I love driving a car, honestly, but hate traffic. Where I live, it’s hard to avoid going anywhere without getting on Interstate 5, and that’s just godawful. If I were childless, I’d love to live in a small, city apartment where I could walk everywhere and never leave my little neighborhood.

That is exactly how I feel.

Is there a fanfiction that you are a fan of, but don't write about?

a fandom? Oh tons . But the few that spring to mind immediately are The World Ends With You (Which is honestly a tempting one, I just have to throw myself back at it tbh). Ever Oasis , which is too cute for me to destroy despite its entire plot, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 1 and 2, Suikoden Tactics, Star Ocean, Nurarihyon no Mago, andddd... Haikyuu! Those are the first ones I can think of. But mostly because the ideas I get are too fleeting for me to drag myself down those many, many rabbit holes!

Uhm... From the outside looking in, probably... Houseki no Kuni! I couldn't watch it because anime strike and I'm trying to be legal. But now I can watch it. I'd also say Little Witch Academia. There are probably others but people are telling me about those a lot lately.

Oof. Now that's a toughie. I think that it's My Sanctuary. When I first wrote this, I was just trying to get used to the canon epilogue, which in the fandom is highly controversial for reasons. I just decided to try and write about it. And somehow, people read it and found it really inspiring. And I looked back into it and the story pulled me in in this natural, easy going way. It felt very comfortable and I wanted to write more in it. And it's amazing how it's still carried on years later and people still like it. It's not unique exactly, but next gen fics/series never quite go the way this one has. And it's really something that I'm proud of just doing in the time I did it. XD all in one day. It was an adventure!

... ooh. That's hard. That horror one where the two guys are trying to help those high school kids who think they're evil? Zombieland? Also most kids movies.
